Return Conditions:

• The product must not have been used or opened.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions:

• Personalized products are non-refundable.

• Downloaded software is non-refundable.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Refund Method:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. It may take up to 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
